Normal Order Delivery Time: Within 15 natural days to worldwide
Rush Order Delivery Time: Within 10 natural days or even earlier to worldwide

• The Shipping Cost

Our products are free shipping for normal orders. If you place an expedited order, you will need to pay an expedited fee. Please contact us first:fairylandcn@outlook.com and let us know the date。

• Production Time

We will deal with your order within 24 hours and inform our tailors to start making your dresses. So if you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, we will charge for cancellation of orders over 24 hours because the fabric used for the dress has already been cut. Want detailed cancellation policy, please refer to our return and cancellation policy page. Generally, the required time are followings according to the complexity of the dresses:

Wedding Veil:1-2 weeks.

Formal dresses: 3-4 weeks.

Accessories:1-2 weeks.

The delivery time of accessories and swatches depends on our inventory and they can be shipped within 24 hours when we have sufficient stock.
After you understand the information above, you will better know how long it takes to get a product. So we suggest you write a note or send us an e-mail to inform us of the date you want when you place an order. Then we can arrange the production better, and let you receive the dress as soon as possible.
Once your order has been sent out, the shipping address can not be changed. So if you want to change the shipping address, please inform us as soon as possible. If you have to change the address, we can help you contact the express company, but it will incur costs, which will be borne by the customer. We will inform you of the tracking number after delivery, and you can check and track the order on the official website.

• THE RUSH ORDER

We can offer you the service of rush order for some styles, rush order is within 10 natural days or even earlier, please contact us if you want it more earlier, we will check whether it is available, rush order is extra $20.00. Placing an order earlier not only ensures that you have enough time, but also allows us to do it better.

• SHIPPING COMPANIES

We send items by USPS, all package will be insured before sending, so if the package lost, then you can get full payment back or resend you a new one.

Please do not open the package again if you find package was broken, please contact express at your first time and send us such case, we will roport this case to our local express too. If you still open the package. there is possibility that express will refuse to pay the loss.
